Issues with Brakes and Other Dealer Recommended Services Luis was very helpful and went out of his way to explain everything to me that needed to be done on my Jeep. He was very responsive via text and phone and kept me updated throughout the entire process. He did not push me to get any services done that weren't necessary and actual told me to hold off on a few things that I was anticipating having to be done. It was easy to tell that Luis likes what he does and also cares about his customers.
