recall quick easy in an out. comfortable waiting room. no charge as was a recall. was nice to look at inventory of new jeeps while i waited and was not hassled by sales guys.

Personal and Proactive Very friendly staff who were great about proactively communicating the status of repairs. Repairs were made much quickly than originally anticipated. Very easy to pay bill online and then pick up the car.

Navigation maps Had Jeep in for maintenance. Also was told a separate appointment was needed for Navigation map update. Made separate appointment and waited 2 hours when I was told they hadn’t gotten to my car yet. 30 minutes later I was told I had to obtain it on my own and to go to “navigation.com”. I went home and tried to do myself and was unsuccessful after several attempts.

Great experience Went in to buy a new Jeep. Had done a fair bit of research so knew which one I was interested in. Got the right amount of help and a fair price on the new car and trad-in. Would defiantly recommend.
