Awesome Service - Awesome - I took my truck to Palmer because another dealership was incapable of correcting the problem. I was fortunate that Thomas Pappas knows his stuff and was able to convey to the mechanic what the resolution was.

Palmer is the best dealership Palmer Dodge is the only Jeep dealership I trust in the metro-Atlanta area and honestly, is the main reason why I haven't given up on Jeep in general. I really do like my Jeep, but the reliability is less than stellar. I am taking my Jeep to get serviced every 6 months (and no this isn't an exaggeration). Winston in the Service Department was professional & helpful I had an issue with a leak that was letting rainwater in. The service department was aware of the nature of the problem and immediately recognize what to fix. They then scheduled and obtained the appropriate parts and made all the necessary fixes in a timely manner. They were professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the interaction. This made me glad that I purchased a RAM:)

No night drop???? I am willing to give a 5, but the lack of a night drop is unacceptable. To be honest, I almost gave a 3. I was fortunate that I was able to get there a day early (during school hours). If I had to miss or be late for school, it would have been a 2.
