Professionally I enjoyed the hospitality in the service that was given there. And did not try to overprice all over sell us anyting that we didn't need.

Service was great and all the team members very accommodati Tom was a great service rep. This was the best out of 3 Jeep service centers I've gone to. I'll be back again.

Excellent Service I was reluctant after requesting service in October was denied but I still needed an oil change. checking in with Hiram was a great attentive process. While awaiting I was notified my Injectors needed cleaning service. Appropriate attention to detail seemed to resolve my October issue and renewed my trust in Palmer Dodge. Thanks

Top flight customer service. Professional and fun! These guys get to know their customer; then proceed to match you with the car of your dreams! I was amazed by the tailored service I received. And when it came time to do the deal, they bent over backwards to get me where I wanted to be. Easy Day!

Recall, oil change & Navigation upgrade Greeted at door by name, took me right away, explained recall & possible navigation issue. Kept me updated throughout morning as to status of repairs. Thomas Pappas was very professional an courteous!

General Maintenance The service was very good and they worked my car very quickly so I got it back and was mobile again quickly. The do a very nice job and communicate well throughout the service process.

Rim Job!! Had my 2017 Durango R/T in for minor rim/wheel repair. Thomas was easy to deal with and work with. Being a Veteran (and a little OCD) and very passionate about my vehicle. Thomas completely understood about the quality of workmanship, that i expect when it comes to my vehicle.

Thomas Pappas Thomas was the first service personnel that I have actually enjoyed working with at Palmer. He was very helpful and understanding compared to others that I have had to work within the service department. He seemed as though he wanted the job done right without talking condescendingly as others have done at this location.
