Tony White and the team did an incredible job! Tony was very helpful and responsive, working with one of the managers (Austin) to help find us just the right vehicle, even if they had to obtain it from another dealership. We then compared those options to inventory they had on the lot that were an upgrade in size and capabilities from our original search and ultimately decided to select an upgraded vehicle from the lot. Best deals compared to any similar dealership in the area. This has been my third vehicle in household from Palmer, they have the best deals for purchasing a new vehicle against any of their competitors. Have never had a bad experience when working with anyone from Palmer. A must stop when shopping for your next vehicle.

Very fast service I am always please with the service in the express lane for oil change and maintenance. Staff is friendly, waiting area is comfortable and clean and it’s always fast.

Satisfaction - 100% My service was related to upgrading the Garman Nav System. Garman makes it difficult at best with regard to a self service download. I turned it over to a gentleman within their service dept who specializes in IT solutions. He never gave up until he got my Nav system upgraded. 2 visits but not Palmers problem Garman 100%.. The team of Dawn and this gentlemen got the job done.

Great experience Brought my Jeep in for oil change and check engine light on. Luis was awesome. Greeted me and got me going in 5 min. Took my number and texted me with the progress. Called me with helpful suggestions and had my Jeep back by 10:30. His.estimate was spot on. Very easy check out. Very good customer service. Thanks Ralph Mense.
