customer service Neil in service was extremely helpful and understanding. He worked with my schedule in fitting me in and made sure I was taken care of. Although extremely busy he took the time to answer my questions and helped get me the rental car I needed. Would come back to this location just to deal with him! The service dept staff explained and answered my questions.

Best Service Department This is the best service I've ever received at a dealership. I live downtown and read plenty of Google reviews for nearby Jeep dealerships. Most reviews were on sales but this dealership had so many great service reviews. I decided to tow my truck all the way to Roswell and I'm glad I did. Quick service I had an oil change and tire rotation done. Hiram updated me shortly that it very dirty and needed throttle service. I had noticed some engine delay so this made sense to me. He said he would have it ready as soon as possible and within 1 1/2 hours it was completed. This is much faster service than I have received at other dealerships. Hiram was professional and courteous.

Routine maintenance routine My wife takes the vehicle there, they have a very friendly checkin staff and nice waiting area. They inform her when the work is done, bring the car and explain everything found. Best tire prices around when compared to same tires.
