Good experience - better than I expected. With a busy schedule, I try to stay away from dealerships b/c of the high pressure tactics and transient sales staff that have no interest in the customer. Had a pleasant experience at Palmer. Jody, Nick, Chris & Brandon were all top notch and I will deal with them again.
