Nice people, nice place and fast service. Bought my new truck here, and always come back for little services like oil change (cheaper and better than any other place). I’m Very satisfied.

Honest, Fast, Easy The title says it all, the salesmanship was outstanding for honesty, transparency, and speed. I was at a competitor dealer working out financing and they came at me with a ludicrous rate, I knew my credit and what I was willing to pay on interest and wasn't even haggling on price. It took the competitor dealer 4 attempts to get the financing where it should have started, that gave me 2 hours to contemplate my purchase and find a close match at Palmer. Everyone was so nice and wanted to reach a price we agreed o Our experience at Palmer Dodge Jeep was amazing! We are repeat buyers from this dealership. Quinten spent a couple times with me helping me see what was on the lot. He wasn't working the day we went to purchase - Corey was there. He did a great job helping us make a great deal that we were happy with. The manager was kind and helpful and excited for us, the finance guy was great too. It was a very nice experience - unlike other dealerships we visited.

Customer Service Wow! Dawn and Ryan were fantastic getting my Jeep in and out quickly. The customer service area is clean with plenty of room. This is a wonderful place to bring your car, truck or Jeep.

They took care of the issue. My car was fixed as it should have been under the warranty, but I wish they would have charged my care before I picked it up - it is a Hybrid.

Chelsie did a great job. I was at your dealership yesterday was looking for Winston since he normally takes care of me but wasn't working I worked with Chelsie Campbell who did a great job. I did an oil change based on a coupon I had and was a little confused of the process. Chelsie took the time to explain and she made sure I understood and explained what I need to have when i do my next oil change. Fast, efficient & Courteous Service I came in for the routine, unscheduled oil change and tire rotation service. It was handled very quickly. At the same time, I asked that they take a look at a door handle that had been damaged by an attempt at unauthorized entry. Needed parts were identified fluently, but because they were non-stock, I wasn't expecting that they would be available or prepared to make the repairs on the next day.
