Honda Ridgeline Great experience with sales staff. Salesman worked with me on every aspect- no pressure. Follow up was prompt and no surprises. Very happy with the purchase.
Service Review The sales department is great and service for warranty work is great, however if it's anything else you need done they charge an arm and a leg for it. Example: I need a serpentine belt replaced on my 2012 Civic and they wanted to charge 118 with me buying the part for 22 dollars vs other mechanics in the area 50 with me buying the part for 22 so almost exactly half the cost for the same job. Unless buying a car or getting warranty/recall work done avoid the dealership.

RN,BSN Very friendly and helpful! I was having a very stressful, emotional morning.. I came in contact with 4 employees while having my vehicle worked on due to a recall. It was a no hassle process. Everyone treated me with kindness from the moment I walked in the door until I was escorted back to my vehicle. They didn’t say, but I’m pretty sure they washed my car! I definitely would go to this dealership when in the market for a new vehicle.
Air bag replacement Staff was courteous, facility clean, waiting room tv was a bit loud. They even washed my car after replacing the air bag. Technology use for checkin has streamlined the process.
