RN,BSN Very friendly and helpful! I was having a very stressful, emotional morning.. I came in contact with 4 employees while having my vehicle worked on due to a recall. It was a no hassle process. Everyone treated me with kindness from the moment I walked in the door until I was escorted back to my vehicle. They didn’t say, but I’m pretty sure they washed my car! I definitely would go to this dealership when in the market for a new vehicle.
Air bag replacement Staff was courteous, facility clean, waiting room tv was a bit loud. They even washed my car after replacing the air bag. Technology use for checkin has streamlined the process.
Engine noise and repair Enjoy dealing with this service department . People are friendly and helpful. Facilities are clean and comfortable. Location is convenient and I enjoy walking around and looking at new vehiclez

Annual Inspection Always a joy to take my car ( a Chevy Traverse) to Pearson Honda. They are extremely professional and always treat you with the utmost respect.
Maintenance I always feel like I am in good hands regarding the service area. My Honda is a 2005 and they check everything out for me each time I bring it in for maintenance.
