Paula B A BIG shout out to Pearson Honda service department and John! Our daughter purchased her first car from a competitor and not only was it defective, they couldn't be bothered helping her with her issue. After a frustrating and upsetting situation, Pearson took the car in and fixed the problem. While some would just call this a service call, we much appreciate John listening and assisting us to fix the car my daughter had saved cash to purchase. The other dealership was not interested. Thank you Pearson!

Oil change and tires rotate The service done on our car was great. Everyone did a wonderful job.They gave us a call when the car was ready and was very courteous to us when we picked it up.
Ridgeline. My review is for the service department at Pearson Honda. Jon Huguenot and others were relentless in solving g the problem with my Ridgeline. The team was very patient with this frustrated customer . After several days they accomplished the goal and got my truck back on the road. 5 stars to the service team
Maintenance Service Brought my 2013 Accord Coupe to Pearson Honda for an oil change. Service was performed quickly, no problems, and the courtesy safety check on the vehicle is appreciated.
Great service Saw there was a nail in my tire, went to Honda and was in and out in an hour on a Saturday morning. It was pretty busy but they patched up the tire in a timely manner. The guy who greeted me at the service lane was really helpful. Thank you.
Great Visit I had a great visit. My car was serviced under one hour. The staff was friendly, great customer service. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs to have their car serviced.
The Best! Pearson Honda is the best. I worked with Nate Jones, who was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He made the car-buying process stress-free. And Keith Hightower, general manager, took time out of his busy day to chat with me—that’s a personal touch you won’t get at every car dealership. This was my second purchase at Pearson, and I couldn’t be happier with my new Honda!
