Service Everything went very well. The shorter wait time was greatly appreciated as was the young man that came to check on how long I had been waiting. Went to find out the status and came back to let me know they were processing the paperwork and my vehicle was just about ready.

Pearson Honda shout out I bought my Honda Accord in 2015 and have been taking it to Pearson Honda for all oil changes and regular maintenance. It has always been a very good experience, no non-sense, experienced mechanics. Sometimes I wait in the waiting area and make use of their office cubbies with power and WiFi. Before COVID, they would provide free coffee and donuts. I thought I would write this review and give them a well deserved shout out. I’m
New Service Rep (Clint), Service team This was my first interaction with Clint. Very nice, easy smile, made me feel comfortable right away. The service done was quite good. (Tire rotation, wheel alignment, oil change) I have been bringing my car here for 4 years and will continue to do so.
Warranty transmission repair We were having trouble getting Car Max to repair our in warranty Honda Pilot, we took it to Honda for warranty service. Transmission Repair was done in 2 hours and was fast and courteous. And we got a free car wash!
