Pearson Honda shout out I bought my Honda Accord in 2015 and have been taking it to Pearson Honda for all oil changes and regular maintenance. It has always been a very good experience, no non-sense, experienced mechanics. Sometimes I wait in the waiting area and make use of their office cubbies with power and WiFi. New Service Rep (Clint), Service team This was my first interaction with Clint. Very nice, easy smile, made me feel comfortable right away. The service done was quite good. (Tire rotation, wheel alignment, oil change) I have been bringing my car here for 4 years and will continue to do so.

Warranty transmission repair We were having trouble getting Car Max to repair our in warranty Honda Pilot, we took it to Honda for warranty service. Transmission Repair was done in 2 hours and was fast and courteous. And we got a free car wash!

#THEBEST I have purchased two cars from Pearson Honda and always take my car to them for service. The service and customer service is superb. I drive quite a distance from Glen Allen to get to Pearson because I’ve never experienced another dealership like Pearson ever.

Paula B A BIG shout out to Pearson Honda service department and John! Our daughter purchased her first car from a competitor and not only was it defective, they couldn't be bothered helping her with her issue. After a frustrating and upsetting situation, Pearson took the car in and fixed the problem. While some would just call this a service call, we much appreciate John listening and assisting us to fix the car my daughter had saved cash to purchase. The other dealership was not interested. Thank you Pearson!

Oil change and tires rotate The service done on our car was great. Everyone did a wonderful job.They gave us a call when the car was ready and was very courteous to us when we picked it up.
Ridgeline. My review is for the service department at Pearson Honda. Jon Huguenot and others were relentless in solving g the problem with my Ridgeline. The team was very patient with this frustrated customer . After several days they accomplished the goal and got my truck back on the road. 5 stars to the service team
