I recently traded in my 2015 EX-L Pilot for a 2025 Pilot Trailsport. And I’m in love!! The easiest part was purchasing from Pearson. They have serviced my cars for over 20 years, and I’ve also purchased from them. So no brainer there!! It was the first service appointment for my new HR-V and It was the first service appointment for my new HR-V and I was an out-of-state visitor. The customer representative Ryan was professional and friendly. After greeting me at my car he had me signed in via the cars’ bar code in less than 2 minutes. Scott and Don made what could have been a stressful Scott and Don made what could have been a stressful experience pleasant and easy. They are not at all high pressure. The icing on the cake was when Scott called to tell me they had found the other key to my car thereby saving me several hundred dollars to replace it. Overall great experience all the way around! I recommend them to anyone I know who shopping for a car.
