Service Department Pearson Honda has provided service for 3 of my Honda’s for many years. I always get in and right out. If they are busy I’ll leave my car there and they are usually done within an hour! Excellent service!!!
Warranty repair. I worked with Zach and was so happy! Outstanding service and follow through. I had a tricky situation and Zach kept the vehicle an extra day and got to the bottom of it. Give him a raise!!!
Question about gears... Scott, in service handled my request to see if my car’s gears were working correctly, and I was satisfied with the diagnostic that all was working as it should. I like to have things checked out because cars have complex systems which should be left to the experts. Thanks Scott, for making the service a great one.
Cargo net Service mgr was very friendly and helpful in getting my cargo net installed. I feel he went out of his way to accommodate me with this . I appreciate all his help and would highly recommend this dealership to others.
Honda CRV 2027 They changes the insert on my wipers without asking if I wanted them done. I brought my CRV for 2nd time for squeaky wipers. They should have asked if I wanted them done
