Exceptional Customer Service I stopped by Peasons Honda to take a look at the new Civic Hatchback. Several staff took the time to check on me and offer their help. Pearson Honda is a Really Good Dealership I give the highest rating to the dealership/facilities, and the salesman Bill Stone was good to work with. However, the car itself (a used car) was not presentable, despite being sold as a "Certified Used" car. It reeked of stale cigarette smoke and on the test drive when shifting form Park to Drive, cigarette ashes within the shifter trim were exposed and blown into the air.
