The service is excellent but the cost is not competitive. I just want to let the dealer know that your vehicle service should be more price competitive. Puente Hills Chrysler Dodge: Transmission fluid and filter change $450.00 Oil change and filter: $75.00 Glendora Dodge: Transmission fluid and filter change $189.00 Oil change and filter: $29.95 I end up having it service here as a courtesy. $525.00 - $219.00 = $306.00 difference Overall, customer service was excellent, but need to be more competitive on the cost of service.... read more
