Normal as can be but communication was poor and I didn't know much about my vehicle until I called. People were very nice and cooperative.

The staff at service were very polite! They also offered another service for my jeep to rotate my tires! There was also a man that came looking for me because I forgot to give him my wheel lock! They went above what they needed to do!
