They really helped me out with my issues They said it would take about 2hrs for a oil change and it was done in less than an hour

Brought our 2022 Pacifica in for service on Friday afternoon, due to battery(s) problem. I was told they would not be able to work on it until the following week. Surprisingly, I got a call Saturday afternoon saying they replaced the batteries and it was ready for pick up. Great, five stars! Picked up the van and my wife realized her screen was blank and would not turn on. Took it back and the delivery driver claimed it was working when he gave it to us. Van sliding door was left unusable and is unassembled. Inside handle was left and repaired
