I have a brand new ram warlock and rainbow serviced it. They failed to realize there were two oil drains. My check engine light came on stating that max oil limit had exceeded. I took it back to rainbow and they told me a sensor had gone bad. And then told me the sensor would not be available till next march. So I now have a brand new truck with a check engine light. I am not happy.
Never going back. Took 4 months to get parts for a recall. Terribly managed and worst service I’ve ever experienced in my 30 years of owning vehicles.
This dealership is very so and unprofessional. I had a appointment at 8:30 they didn't start on my truck until 2:30. We called at 11 to check and see what problem did they find and the lady said the mechanic was on lunch. We called back again at 2 and he was still on lunch break, so that's when we decided to go up there and speak with someone face to face and we still ended up waiting another 30 mins cause the mechanic hadn't never started on the truck. Worst customer service experience in my 40+ years of buying vehicles. Dealt with rude workers, not time efficient, and xxxx poor managememt.

The service department is a joke. I was told to bring my truck in at 9am for them to check it out and by 2:45 I had to call to check on it. I was told they hadn’t had a chance to look yet and that they would call me back by 4:00 as that was my only ride home from work. I had to call them at 4:45 due to no return call and was told they still hadn’t looked at my truck. But they did offer to look at it the next day after lunch. It was completely a waste of my time. Abysmal response of "well, you're almost 10K into your warranty" foreshadowed the treatment by the sales manager and service manager that all I was was a "former customer" once my vehicle left the dealership. Considering it was now my 3rd visit in fewer than 90 days of the calendar year, I thought more would be done for customer loyalty than a picayune discount on a tune-up costing over $600. One-star hardly illustrates my disappointment.
