Called them about an issue, it's been 3 days and haven't gotten a response.
Dropped truck off with an appointment. Was early dropping it off. Was told I would receive a call to let me know what was wrong with my brand new ram. No call. I called and asked what was going on. She said tech was driving it now and would let me know something. Still no call back. Waited till end of the day and still never received a call. I purchased a car and it broke down less than 48 hours after purchase. They tried to say my warranty didn’t start for 30 days but my warranty paper said otherwise. They were really convenient with getting it towed to get it fixed after letting them know it was a mistake and my warranty started day of purchase and current odometer reading. Mechanics and management duty is to get over customers more than perform a useful service on customers vehicles
Sold me a full of germs dirty car use tampons underneath of seats ,burn oil ,no windshield water , have to hustle to get carpets and the won't service my car because is not a Chrysler. I banned my self from returning to this dealership and im committed to spread the world as it really is about this place . It was terrible. Misdiagnosed my problem and all they wanted to do was change parts to hopefully find the problem.
They fixed things that I didn’t ask for then attempted to fix what I needed and over charged me for a service I didn’t need. I had to take my vehicle back there 3 times before everything got fixed
I have a brand new ram warlock and rainbow serviced it. They failed to realize there were two oil drains. My check engine light came on stating that max oil limit had exceeded. I took it back to rainbow and they told me a sensor had gone bad. And then told me the sensor would not be available till next march. So I now have a brand new truck with a check engine light. I am not happy.
Never going back. Took 4 months to get parts for a recall. Terribly managed and worst service I’ve ever experienced in my 30 years of owning vehicles.
