They finance man talked me into buying the warranty and now my radio is freezing on and off. They told me recently changed their policy to they have to see it. Well they changed that after I bought the Jeep slabs the day I took the Jeep they said it didn’t freeze. Well how do I know how many times they cranked it etc. they shouldn’t be able to change the policy after I bought the Jeep and it apply

Three trips back of 40 miles for a warranty issue than 5 days delivery for parts
The salesman Mr Ken that sold me a 2021 Toyota has several problems with it like the air went out in only 3 days the brake malfunction and cruise control malfunction lights are one the bumper came off after being in the shop from the 6th til the 20th but they won't replace it with another car

Took my vehicle to this dealer twice for an issue with alignment. After waiting for 3.5 hours for alignment, alignment was off.
The parts man ordered a part for my van without ever coming to see what I was talking about. When the part came in it was the wrong part and then charged ME a $27 restocking fee for his error. I will never do business with rainbow again.
My truck has been there more times this year than at my house not good
Waited several weeks for parts. Drove over an hour to get there. Upon arrival one of the parts was wrong and second not ordered. Waste of dealership and my time. This is the second time this has happened at this dealership where they did not have the ordered part upon arrival
