We were told that there was an inspection done on the vehicle. During the drive home from the dealership, the start / stop battery malfunction message popped up saying that the battery was not charging properly. I’m setting up this Jeep to tow behind my motor home. While doing this I found that several of the bumper bolts were missing as well as a skid plate missing. Keep my truck over 2 months. Initially took it in for it making a popping noise when turning to the right. They supposedly fixed that part, but when I got my truck it was still making a noise. Then it needed a transmission. Done that. Now I get my truck and it’s still making a noise, they check it out and told me I needed 2 back tires. Got those tires, truck still making noise. Carried the truck back and now it needs a stirring column. I wouldn’t recommend this service department to fix my bicycle.

Poor customer service experience…common problem with backup camera. Was told it could be fixed within an hour and after $200 charge for one hour of service was informed that more time was needed for diagnosis.

Find redundant problems with your vehicle to charge you exorbitant amounts of money. Then can’t tell you why they need to change a part, just it’s bent but when you tell them to put the bent part in the vehicle. They seem to forget. So you don’t get to see what was wrong with the part or why you needed another one. Just charge you more money. Don’t need a abs module. They don’t have any of those. Can’t get any either. But are quick to try to sell you another vehicle.

Horrible crooked service department charged me 836 dollars for electrical tape and heat shrink I will never bring another vehicle here again and will advise people to do the same

Went to dealership for a diagnostics they charged right at $200 for a diagnostics test and the results that they gave me did not fix the issue with my 16 ram 1500 4 x 4 limited they would not refund my money and wanted to charge me for another diagnostics test. Waste of money and my time
Treat customers dirty doesn't want to hold to their commitment as a dealership poor customer service in the service department
