Worst service department I ever dealt with in my life. I will never recommend Rainbow dodge to anybody I know.
My son’s car rims were damaged when Rainbow’s tech changed his tires using an older tire machine because the newer one was down. Took the car back and showed Ariel, she turn pics into the service manger. They arrange to have the rims repaired. Took the car back. The lead rim repairing did not show up, his assistant attempted to repair the rims, I called service center a little after and was told call was ready. Changed push rods didn’t adjust injectors properly after one day of driving what y’all fixed the motor locked up. Y’all suck
Techs and service advisors are good people. Owner and service manger are crappy. Had my truck for a solid month . Nobody would give me a straight answer service advisor SJ did nothing but lie. Never could get owner Mike bebe. Tech Monroe excellent . Service advisor Areil went out her way to help me. Tech Monroe went out his way to help also. But service manger and service advisor SJ didn't do nothing but lie.

Dropped my jeep off on Monday to pick up by Wednesday or Thursday at the latest. Finally received my vehicle back at 6:15 pm Friday. They were so bad the service person gave me a discount of $100 but when I got my bill it was $500 over the quote. The service person knew they screwed up so as I was leaving he offered me a card good for 2 oil changes and tire rotation. I gave it back and said “I will never come back to this dealership”. It’s horrible and I will never return. Haven’t heard a thing on my truck accept when I called a week ago. Y’all wanted it there to get on it. You didn’t for 2 weeks for sure. Still ain’t heard anything so you may still not be working on it. Who knows.

I brought my car down for a oil leak and they fixed to oil leak and didnt tighten down the valve cover and cause another oil leak and my oil temperature sensor to go out and then they charged me for the repair
