I had my Ram truck in for service. It was covered by warranty. My vehicle was taken care of within the time frame promised. Service was courteous as usual and well done.
Steve Renkel and the service team went above and beyond to make sure things were made right from some issues I had with delivery of my Grand Cherokee. I was losing faith in the Jeep brand but was restored with the excellent service I received.

Chris Gove, is a salesman that goes beyond 110%. He has became a family member because of how he is as a person. His actions are the best qualities of trade being a salesman. Personally he has helped our family during my wife’s cancer diagnosis and treatment to my daughter’s wedding. This guy as a salesman will find you what you’re looking for no matter how long it takes. He will not sell you what you don’t want.
Service was respectful and helpful. They gave a worst-case timeline with the hope of the service being completed sooner.
