Received good service, no complaints. Took care of oil change fast and they were courteous
Service department staff who communicate with customers are great. It’s what you would expect from a dealership. I would not recommend the mechanic who serviced our vehicle. It tools days for diagnosis when I knew what was wrong (oil pump failure) from a quick communication with the computer. We continually received communication day after day that our vehicle would be ready “tomorrow” according to the mechanic. Once we received our vehicle back, the oil pump failed immediately.
