I’ve never had a bad experience with Rochester Hills. We bought a brand new 2024 Dodge Durango. The sales was very simple and very nice and extremely accommodating. We brought the Jeep renegade in for a brake job, which I waited and the wait time was very reasonable the Service Advisor Steve, very accommodating, very informative and told me what the status of my vehicle was at all times. Very satisfied with sales and service at this facility.
The Service staff was phenomenal, and went above and and beyond to ensure that my car was properly diagnosed, and was repaired correctly. The even provided me with a loaner vehicle, last minute, knowing that I’d be several days without a car; greatly appreciated. The entire experience was top notch.

3 Hours for an oil change. I arrived at 6:45 and ended up leaving at 9:55. I am not sure what changes were made to the service department but they are not good. Won’t be back. 7 time purchaser.
