I loved my sales person. That is about all I can say about my experience. Literally every other aspect one star. The finance and business personnel lied about numerous aspects of the finance process and loan options. They would say one amount and then it would be a different amount when it came to signing. I had over 15 credit inquiries. 15. That is beyond excessive. I could never in good faith recommend anyone to this dealership. I waited months to see if my feelings changed. They have not.
My car is not out of alignment, checking in yall had 3 of 5 cars out of alignment checking out 4 of 5. Then yall suggested 2 more things i needed done. Seems like yall have become a rip off/ up sell joint
Never answer their phones, during an appointment I asked for my fog light to be changed, they told me it was fine. When I got home I checked and the fog light was not working as I told them.
Changed something in my fuel tank and my car still smells like gas 2 weeks later
Friendly staff and in general good attention and service. I'm usually satisfied, but this time I was expecting the repair of the steering of my leased 202 HR-V Sport as informed in the recall letter, replacing the probably damaged worm gear and its spring, but I was told that they just packed the steering gear with grease. How can that be a real solution when as new the grease did not keep the steering working properly? Great experience except for the tv was playing Fox News, I don’t want to hear politics as I wait on my car to be ready. I had a book to read but still had to hear the tv. Not sure if I will go back.
Only looking for something wrong with the intention of making additional money. As always with customers.
The service took too long. We had an appointment for an oil change only and was there for well over an hour. After we received the truck, we could smell burning oil for several hours as if oil was spilt on the engine. Not happy with the service and will most likely not give you that opportunity again.
Asked for a quote before I signed off on anything, told me it was going to be 290.00, I said ok, then signed the iPad to do the work. Then charged me 470.00, I obviously complained and to make it right all they did was take 50 dollars off. I will not be returning! I’ve bought 3 cars from this dealership and this is how I’m treated?
