What good is a warranty? Had my 2011 KIA Sorento for 3-1/2 years and had it serviced there for every oil change, tires, etc. Had the 100,000 mile warranty and never had any problems up until August of this year (2014). My original KIA battery which was a sealed battery leaked and caused problems in my shifting. This was found only after 3 trips to KIA. Was told that the battery leaked because it was defective. The battery acid damaged my trans range switch and shift cable. They said they could fix it for $600.00. Said it was... read more
Overpriced! Gave us a quote of $950 to change AC condenser and non-KIA dealership did it for less than half of that! Big difference!!! Would never bother then again.
