Abigail cemented the deal Our sales agent (I think her name was Abigail) was THE BEST salesperson we dealt with over 6 or 7 dealerships. We were passing thru Shelby after looking at another car and thought we would just stop in. Evcellent experience. She should be teaching all your salespeople how to do it right....knowledgeable. personable, right amount of autonomy. She was great.
In and out when scheduled Had a 9:00am appointment and was told it would be about an hour for oil change and tire rotation. As promised my car was done at 10:00am.

Great customer service . Bobby and all the service staff were outstanding in taking care of a major warranty issue, where other dealerships could not fix properly. They were fast prompt and very friendly. I will definitely be back when I decide to purchase my next vehicle.
