Great Service Experience Visit was scheduled conveniently. I was met by Mike, the Service Manager who was covering, for a vacationing team member, as I drove up. He greeted me by name as he knew I was coming in. We discussed the work to done and I left. He called me later to confirm the replacement of the cabin filter and said he would deliver the car to me, at work, later that afternoon. They delivered my washed car, as promised, and Mike and I settled the charges. Fine job!
