Now that Annie is back at Kia service, we are back too! Once you lost the service team from Rogers, you guys sucked, but with Annie and Daniel we know we are getting the best service.

Very patient and polite. I thought of Kia after John Dew introduced himself while I was getting an oil change on my 2017 Kia. .Also need to give Jeff Five stars.

Service person knowledgeable and listened to me. This was my first service visits. I explained transmission issue with van, but could not find anything causing it. Good experience overall.

Always perform maintenance with high quality. Scheduling is easy and they are very accommodating with meeting my schedule. I always have the maintenance on all my vehicles performed at Kia of Shelby even my Non-Kia or Honda vehicles.
