Best first time car buying experience ever!! This was the first time i had ever bought a new car, i really didn’t know what i was doing, and I’m not so sure my dad did either! Lol Mitchell Hilton was definitely an angel sent from above! He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and was very well mannered and respectful! Also, thankful for Bo for getting the down payment dropped for us!! I love my blue Kia Forte koup and i couldn’t thank everyone enough at renaldo Kia of Shelby!!

Excellent Customer Service We visited the Kia Dealership hesitantly due to past experiences of other dealerships. Amber Halecki met us in the parking lot with a pleasant personality. She showed us the car we were looking at and offered another one that we may be interested in all without the high pressure sales tactic. EXCELLENT all the way around! Every person we talked with at this dealership could not have been more professional, courteous, and helpful. We have dealt with them for years and they have most certainly advanced in all ways.
I purchased a used car from Shelby KIA. while the people with whom I interacted were personable and helpful, the dealership utilizes all sorts of deceptive tactics such as a $3500 "Elite Care" package that is presented as non-optional but is not included in the advertised price. The document fee is well above average at $999 as well. In short, the advertised price of the vehicle was $10500 but their initial negotiation price was over $17,000. A 2015 VW was listed on Carfax and I live very close to Renaldo Honda. I drove over the next day to find it sitting out back with an orange sticker on the windshield stating “federal law prevents this car from being sold until…” so I called in to dealership to inquire.
