Good service I went in for 20,000 mile service this morning and was promptly greeted by a service representative. The service was completed quickly. The waiting area was adequate.
Service Dept I brought my Toyota in for regular service today. It did not take long for the service and the service "coordinator" was so kind and polite. I am somewhat disabled and use a cane. He brought my car around for me and made sure that I got on my way safely. That treatment is so much appreciated.
I recently bought two cars from Sunny King Toyota. I found the staff very friendly, and knowledgeable about the cars I bought. I will buy from them again if I ever get another car. Even the General Manager for the dealership was welcoming, and they were never too busy to talk to me about any concerns that I had.
Robert Jones and Kenny Burkes were awesome to work with. We arrived in Anniston one hour before they closed and they stayed late with me and my wife to close the deal on our new 4 Runner. Never buying anything anywhere else! These guys are the best!!! Also, the follow up after the purchase was over the top! Ask for Robert every time and you will get the best deal possible!

Amphump Service Department is always helpful, efficient and professional. They are courteous when you arrive, communicate the upcoming process effectively and give a timeframe for the work to be done. All in all, a very good experience
Service Great, They are always on time, very friendly, willing to help, and does the work at a timely manner. The only remark I would say is that I spoke to Tasha about a issue about water under the passenger side when it was raining during Thanksgiving. She said it was condensation? I can't believe that condensation would cause water to drip on the passengers leg and water was in the floor board. Everything went well . Great customer service and car drives like brand new. Sent the car mid afternoon to change alternator, engine oil , change rear brake pads , fixing front brake issue and car was ready first thing in the morning. Thanks Alex.
