Happy with the car Today we traveled to see our daughter in Auburn. The trip was just over 100 miles and we made 61.3 MPG. I just had a couple issues 1. The car was not detailed very well on the inside. 2. I suggested that I wanted to finance through AOD FCU yet the initial financing was through Fifth Thirds. I was able on my own to have the loan cancelled and established through AOD. I will continue to buy Toyota’s as I feel the manufacturer provides a great product.
Quick Professional Service and Excellent Communication! Met upon arrival by service technician Alex! Greeted me with a smile and helpful attitude. I explained why I was here (70,000) mile maintenance and that my low tire pressure warning light came on. Alex took care of all the issues needed and kept me informed during process. He also showed me the cabin and air filters that needed changing. All the service was completed in less than a hour! Very pleased with my service department experience!
MAINTENANCE SERVICE WAS GREAT, AND I HAD A MINIMAL WAIT TIME. KENT, SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS GREAT AND VERY DETAILED WHEN EXPLAINING WHAT ALL THE SERVICE TEAM HAD DONE TO MY COROLLA.
