CVT Software Update I brought my 2014 Toyota Corolla \4DR SDN ECO CVT for the Software Update, My appointment was Friday, November 8, 2019 at 10:00 am. They were finished with it by 11:30. Great Service.
All Service Department personnel were knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I have been using Sunny King for at least 40 years or more and know many of the personnel by name.
Great for service only prices for vehicles are to high.. Great working with Charles in the service department, prices for vehicles are to high. Service and parts are great but I can not afford to buy a car here.
Work professionally handled in a reasonable time and cost . Receipt shows what was done or not done. I did get to speak to the tech who handled my car concerning the slight steering fluid leak.
I was in and out within 20 minutes. Very, very, VERY friendly staff! It’s always nice receiving excellent customer service. If Chick-fil-A had a car dealership, it would be this one.
Excellent salesman Sean paid attention to detail. He was thoughtful & provided good information on the products I was interested in and offered other options I had not considered. I visited the dealership several times and he was very considerate each time - spending as much extra time with me as needed.
