The staff didnt place the sticker indicating when I get my next oil change and they input the wrong mileage for my vehicle. I only had 76k miles they listed 96k..... so I have to return to get the corrections.
The service lasted four days more than foreseen. Impossible to contact with the responsible technician.
second time in for the same issue and the problem is still not fixed. Im going to have to go in for a 3rd time.
The car looked like it had been in a demolition derby after asking for photos of any scratches, dings, stains anything the photos online didn't show? Dealer response, the car is perfect and ready ti go. Are they BLIND!!!! Drove 1 1/2 hours a Freind took me only to walk away so diapointed. G M said I could come back in 2 days . Dont beleave what they tell you!
I had my 2019 S60 with 10000mi in Volvo North Miami for some warranty repairs, door seals coming off, sunroof would not close, exterior door trims coming off, multimedia not working etc. everything was ok until i pick up my car after repairs were done. The whole car was covered with some grease, very thin layer but good enough to mess up the windshield and for it to be not safe to drive.
