Not very impressed on any level The service reps will invent any story to get you to buy more. I blame their training or lack of training. My service rep was literally not believable--meaning I trusted nothing he said. The issues he invented were ridiculous. Charged me $89 for wheel rotation Told me as I was paying that it was $89 Had I known I would not have done it. Free elsewhere. I think he was just making up prices Wanted me to change wiper blades for $89 Sense a pattern?
Car was 12 days at the shop just to replace the alternator. When I picked up the vehicle had to come back the very next day as the Check engine light turned on. Just a bad experience over all.
They needed 6 h to do all service
Went to the shop just to change a low beam bulb. It took them 1 hour and 40 minutes. When arriving home I heard a weird noise coming from the engine, turns out the mechanic left one of his tools on top of the engine, came back to the shop again to inform that what had happened.
