Mr. Ferris was an excellent salesman - i wish the vehicle we had been looking for was here so that we could have purchased it from him. After looking at the website and finding what seemed to be the perfect car at the perfect price we drove the 40+ miles only to learn it had already been sold. We looked over another vehicle but it wasn't quite what we were looking for but it would have been nice to have Mr. Ferris as our advocate so that we could have gotten our dream car at a price that fit into our budget.
Diana worked with me for 3 months to get me into a vehicle I wanted I originally wanted a dodge charger however my credit wasn't good enough to get into it but Diana didn't just let me leave and worked hard to get me approved and got me into a great vehicle and the dealership give me a great trade value for my previous car she is a great saleswoman and I will be back when the time comes.
I visited yahoo auto and saw a 2011 Toyota Camry for sale that was in the price range I was looking for. I came in prepared to be overly bombarded by an annoying sales person. That at all wasn't the case. When I arrived I got to immediately test drive this car and another Camry that, "I", picked that was also listed on the site. After much frustrating internet searches for a vehicle, I ended up at Antwerpen Auto World. I met with Steve whom was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions & helped threw the whole process. I had no doubts I received the best deal possible. Would totally recommend him & Antwerpen to anyone. I can only give 5 stars but they deserve 10 !!
Sales rep was very helpful and patient. We arrived with 2 children which were very rambunctious and she was most helpful and even got them balloons to keep them occupied. I would highly recommend Antwerpen and Diana for anyone's next auto purchase needs.
