Awful customer service and dishonest selling practices This dealership is a joke. If you see a low price online, just know they will not honor it. I tried to buy a 2008 BMW M6 for two weeks only to never get a response. I was told multiple times they are SO BUSY (literally in CAPS). I was a cash buyer, looking to pay the online price but then was sold on thousands upon thousands in dealer fees. Shady people Bought a used car 3 weeks ago, shortly after the breaks started squeaking. Took it to my mechanic who is also a long time friend, he said I need back brakes and rotors and that there was no way this car passed inspection in this condition. Took it back to Antwerpen, they claim nothing is wrong, did another inspection and claim they can't hear the noise that I'm hearing. They won't fix it and want to charge me. DONT GO THERE! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They had a good selection of cars. Was greeted by salesman who was knowledgeable and kind. Easy to talk to. Financial guy took forever to come see us, given we were the only ones there it was ridiculous. We had the car picked out and only test drove for 5min. Was there waiting on finance for 3 hours. We have perfect credit and didn't require any proof of income so not sure what issue was. they played the sneaky game of raising price of car so they would give us what we wanted for trade in.... read more
Flip floppers We had a verbal agreement but everything changed in writing. We were there for 6 hours! Ultimately a deal was made after a lot of back and forth because the car was great. Best to have your own financing beforehand but we had a trade which created a problem.

HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP Antwerpen is by far the absolute worst dealership we have ever dealt with and we have been to our fair share of dealerships! Greedy Crooks In the day of 10/22/2016, We test drove a Nissan Altima, we were ready to purchase the vehicle if the numbers are right. Rich (sales manager) came up with some extra hidden fees saying "these are reconditioning fee and Advertising fee on top of TAX+ TAG+ PROCESSING FEE 299.99. Then I asked him isn't it supposed to be included when you advertise your vehicle ? then he told me that if I knew that, I wouldn't be there at the dealership. Bait and switch This dealer is awful 1) They do not honor prices that they post on outside websites, such as Edmunds, because they tack on thousands in fees 2) Once questioned about this practice all communication ceases. One can only wonder if this is how issuess would be handled if there were any with the car. 3) Got a hold of a manager only to be blown off - "I'll have to run this by my GM" I also followed up with GM and absolute no response from either.
