Awww man the guys at Antwerpen auto world were a huge help to me. They were honest and consistent. There was one who really went above and beyond to help me and that was Brandon conover. As soon as I walked through the door he was customer service ready. He took me out to the lot and ask me exactly what I was looking for and my price range. In a matter of 3 weeks, nothing. Did not receive any numbers of car price upfront (although checked online before walk-in). After initial visit, was turned down b/c I needed a bigger down payment. I obtained the requested down payment amount within a week. Returned a 2nd time with a guarantee to get me in a car that would be a step down from my first pick. Was given a round-about price for monthly payments for cars within my range. Once selected, showed me my options. Was told that it would be "hard" to get me into this car.... read more

I went to this location because I found a 2012 Nissan Sentra listed for $11994 on their site. It was a great deal so we drove the hour out to the dealership to meet with Charles who had called me multiple times and we had set up an appointment to test drive with. When we arrived he met us at the door and told us the car would be brought around soon that it was just being washed. I purchase a vehicle from Antwerpen Auto world on liberty road a 07 Audi A8. After taking possession of the car I returned it to the dealership because they had to do a vehicle inspection. After I received the vehicle newly state safety inspected I found that the tires were too small that they replaced the vehicle was leaking oil and while driving my 9 month old to daycare a cover under the engine became dislodged and I was stranded. Online ad of 3/5/13 showed price of $15,984 for Rav4, spoke to sales rep Sherry, no appt scheduled due to snowstorm of 3/6. Checked online ad 3/7 morning and price had increased $2000 with notation that another $1000 would be added for expected trade-in. So a $3,000 price increase before I even got there. I found a car I wanted to buy on cars.com The price seemed very good at $5,994. I contacted the dealership and was told that the price was $7,700 plus tax. This was way over the advertised price. The salesman Erin described the mark up as $1,295 for state inspection since the car can’t be sold without state inspection, plus $400 dealer mark up. I bought a 2009 Hyundai Sonata from this dealer the other day after seeing their used car ad on JackSaysYes.com. The price advertised was $13,495. I met the saleswoman (Diana) in Clarksville, MD at the Antwerpen Hyundai dealer and she told me I had to drive the car to Randallstown where the 'paperwork" awaited me for signature. I was lied to, or information withheld during negotiation of the sale and financing. My phone calls were not returned in a timely manner. Paperwork I was legally entitled to was withheld, and I still have not received it, even though I have requested it numerous times. Simple maintenance issues were not done on the car prior to delivery, even though I was told they were. I would never buy a car here again!
