Very Dishonest If i could give less than one star, i would. DISHONEST! Web sale price dropped the cost by 1k. They reluctantly agreed to honor that price - in writing (i still have the paper!) and then when i came the next day to close, they tried tricking me into a higher price and excusing it with extra fees or other stories that didn't add up. False Advertising Do NOT buy a car from Antwerpen! Jack says Yes is their slogan but they are frauds and have false advertising! Internet advertised price of $12,999! They sold the car for $15,995 saying "No one gets the Internet price"! And added $2300 to the financing for a "non negotiable" 24 month Powertrain warranty! I CALL xxxxxxxx!
Bad finance Kenny Pittrell the salesman and Steve from service was great finance played games wasted 1 hour kept trying to get more out of me when I decided to leave then they worked with me and falsely advertised the car and still having problem bank call said payments was more then stated a dealer and watch out for hidden fees
Crooks and cons (Bait and switch pricing) This place of full of liers and crooks. Went in to look at a car for a 8,000 dollars after hours of waiting and days coming back and forth they talk me into a 16,000 dollar car. They just drain you to the point where you just want to sign the papers and get out of there. They scammed me into signing for a 30,000 dollar car. Don't trust these people.
Horrible service Their service shop is horrible! I purchased a car not even two months ago and it wouldn't start. I took it back and the manager indicated that the battery and alternator were fine but had me pay for them to "check" it. Hours later, car wouldn't start. Came in the next day, he saw the car wouldn't start and told me i needed a new battery. I've missed hours of work and have been inconvenienced two days. He said he could give me $5 off and that was all he could do. DO NOT visit this location for service needs.
Dishonest Pricing I can confirm what other reviewers have noted below: the real price of a car at this dealership (not including tax, title, tags) is about $1500 more than the "internet price" they advertise. If you're interested in a car at this place, be sure to ask at once for a breakdown of the out-the-door price, so you can see what you'll actually be paying. Better yet, go somewhere more trustworthy.
They are the SHADIEST dealership I have ever went to Unless you really know what you're doing when buying a used car, DO NOT COME HERE!!! They charge RIDICULOUS "hidden" fees which they try to pass off as a "Maryland State Inspection fee" of $2500, plus a $495 reconditioning fee--ummm, no that's just a shady profit fee. Make them mark that xxxx down OR WALK OUT. I have never had a worst car buying experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. Buyer beware
its a business Purchased a 2012 Chevy Avalanche about 3 weeks ago. Everyone there was very friendly and courteous. Which is to be expected to make a sale. A couple days after taking delivery, I noticed a few things weren't functioning properly. Damage done to my vehicle while there for service Joe the service manager and his team at their Randallstown location like's damaging vehicles when they are their for service, then try to half ass fix it multiple times before they realize half ass isn't going to fly!! Getting a hold of Brian Dolan in customer relations @ Antwerpen Toyota in Clarksville location is harder than getting a hold of the president!
