**False Advertising!!!** WARNING!! Stay away!! I went in on the "Internet Price" and when I went into the finance office with Clarence, I noticed they changed the sale price. Went up $3,500!!! When Clarence went to talk to the manager (Matt), I noticed a typed credit application with my information, except my income was increased from $30,000 per year to $45,000 per year. BANK FRAUD!! Then Clarence came back and said Matt said there were "Bank Fees", that's why the price went up.
Horrible Experience I put a hold on a vehicle with the store manager, Hector Colon and he said he would call me the next morning regarding a question I had. Instead he allowed another person to buy it without so much as a phone call. The sales associates and district manager are dishonest people who will steal sales and do not follow through on transactions. Be aware if you go to this dealership.
Hidden $1250.00 Fee - Worst sales practices ~ FALSE ADVERTISEMENT - This dealer lists cars for one price, and then tries to charge you a hidden "inspection" fee for around $1250.00. The extra amount was listed no where - they only tell you about it once they feel you like the car. Suggest that you look elsewhere for a more reputable dealer that wont try to cheat you.
Pushy & Rude Based on previous experiences, I do not give out my phone number until I am ready and wish to speak with someone. Even then, it is my choice whether they may call me or I choose to call them. I am the customer. Yet, their internet forms attempt to force people to enter a phone # before one can even send a communication or question. Never going back I walked in knowing which vehicle I wanted, as it was it was sitting in front of the store. Salesman approached me, was nice. But that was it. The listing on my car was that there was Navigation system with a SD card. When I asked the salesman, he said that it should come with it and that he would look into. Unsatisfied customer The salesman Mark is very nice but while they are being so nice, they are ripping you off. I did not receive the car at the price agreed and $3200 off hidden fees were added to the sales price. That I was not aware off. Don't make the same mistake I made, read each line to make sure that you are signing what you agreed to. Also when I left the dealership the radio needed a code for the radio to work. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
