Actually the only time I have ever enjoyed getting a new vehicle, very professional and respectful. Lisa was my saleswoman she went out of her way for me through the entire process. Definitely recommend Bedford Jeep and will be keeping my business with them on future purchases.

I needed some extended warranty work done and Service maintenance. I set up an appointment and Sean(service ) ordered the parts. Upon arriving for my scheduled appointment I was told one of the parts was MIA. OK, well Sean told me he would reorder the missing part and could I come in tomorrow. The next morning as UPS WAS DROPPING OFF PARTS,I received a call from the parts department notifying me that the part was in. I then spoke with Sean and he said come in as soon as you can. This was my second purchase within the last two years due to 100% the way we were treated by Spencer. My youngest son will be in the market next spring and I will be back again.
