I needed some extended warranty work done and Service maintenance. I set up an appointment and Sean(service ) ordered the parts. Upon arriving for my scheduled appointment I was told one of the parts was MIA. OK, well Sean told me he would reorder the missing part and could I come in tomorrow. Absolutely smooth transaction! My salesman Mike was very casual, honest, and easy to deal with. They didn’t have the exact model we needed so they were happy to bring one in and still give us a great deal. Most importantly there were no surprises and we are very happy with our new Jeep.
