I had the pleasure of working with Lisa on a new lease, and I cannot overemphasize how amazing she was. This is my fourth Jeep, but my first time at the Bedford dealership, and I have to say that this dealership was by far the best one I have dealt with. Will definitely be referring friends and family. The personnel is very courteous. Service was provided efficiently, but my car was not washed. Before we were getting coupons to have our vehicles washed at a car wash next door, but this was stopped. I was told during the previous visit that the dealership was going to provide that service from then on, but that did not happened.
