I have just taken my 9 month old Jeep for its first oil change. Bedford hills Jeep is so good. They checked all the parts , changed the oil and even washed the car! It is just wonderful having a place to take it where the people are Knowledgable AND friendly! Kimberly was patient and very kind as I had some questions that needed to be addressed. Definitely a 5/5 experience. My salesman, Mike, was extremely helpful. He was patient throughout the negotiation and sales process. In addition to being very polite, he also was very kind and knowledgeable throughout teaching my son the ins-and-outs of our new Jeep. More so, Mike was willing to answer any questions I had and ensured that my curiosities were settled.
