I was surprised by the kindness, humanity and quick response that Kimberly showed me regarding the problem I had with my Jeep Compass. She was incredibly polite, thoughtful and followed through exactly in the way she said she would. Three thumbs up.

The folks at Bedford Jeep are a pleasure to work with. They really try to accommodate. My trip to the dealership yesterday is an example. Came in to inquire about what I believed was a weak remote battery. I asked if they had time by chance to perform an oil change service and tire rotation. Despite it being lunchtime they performed the service within the hour. Thanks to Kimberly Barros - service advisor. Thanks also to Jason Valloni - Sales Manager - he runs a welcoming operation.
