Quick and easy service! Very polite staff. and waited an hour for my oil change and tire rotation. Waiting room was clean and had coffee and snacks while watching tv. Overall great experience thank you!

Bedford provided the best service along with a great attitude. I needed repair on my 4 month old Grand Wagoneer Series 3. Four Jeep dealers (Greenwich, Larchmont, White Plains and Central Avenue) refused to work on the car and provide warranty service. Bedford Jeep took the car and fixed it with 1 day. They were courteous and polite. The other dealerships were rude and nasty. Bedford even washed and detailed the car inside and out before they gave it back to me. Cannot say enough good things, Lisa was great. I purchased a wrangler and I loved that she was so knowledgeable about Wranglers. I custom built the car, I got it 2 days after it came in and everything was smooth and quick. Most satisfied I’ve ever been with a dealership before. Anthony in fiancé was phenomenal and great as well 10/10 recommend

My whole buying process happened pretty much at a whim when I realized I was exceeding the mile limit on my vehicle. The guys at Bedford CDJR were really helpful and flexible. Totally got what I was doing and helped me get through a process that is completely different these days due to Covid and supply problems. Excellent service.
