Definitely a 5/5 experience. My salesman, Mike, was extremely helpful. He was patient throughout the negotiation and sales process. In addition to being very polite, he also was very kind and knowledgeable throughout teaching my son the ins-and-outs of our new Jeep. More so, Mike was willing to answer any questions I had and ensured that my curiosities were settled. Due to Mike’s impeccable salesmanship, I was happily able to leave Bedford Jeeps with a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee.
The service advisor Kimberly was very informative and efficient in contacting me and explaining the service needed.
