Being a first time Cherokee owner. This was my first time dealing with service for my oil change. Warren was Courteous and professional. As well as the Sales Manager Jason and salesman Spencer thru were godsend while I was shopping around last year. Helpful, answered any question no matter how big or small it was and never tried to push anything on me which is truly appreciate.

Kim was a pleasure to work with. She was was very pleasant and had the details of my service ready to go. She was also able to get the mechanics to rectify the recall issue without adding extra time to the service.

I have just taken my 9 month old Jeep for its first oil change. Bedford hills Jeep is so good. They checked all the parts , changed the oil and even washed the car! It is just wonderful having a place to take it where the people are Knowledgable AND friendly! Kimberly was patient and very kind as I had some questions that needed to be addressed.
