My experience at Bedford was wonderful. Lisa was great. She is friendly and knowledgeable. My lease was up and she provided me all my options and even told me about savings through my company that I wasn't even aware of. She went above and beyond. This is my second jeep and I will keep going back to Lisa.

They were extremely accommodating with offering a pick up to retrieve my car. The car was washed and clean. The service people were friendly and easy to deal with. I appreciated the communication also. They called with updates which doesn’t always happen. Definitely taking my car there! A+ job!!
